One process, every time

Step 01

Consultation

A 30-minute call or coffee. We listen, you talk. We figure out if we're the right fit before anything else.

Step 02

Strategy

We put together a written plan. Pricing, timeline, comps, marketing approach - whatever fits the situation.

Step 03

Execute

Showings, photos, open houses, offers, negotiations. You hear from us at least once a week, more during active phases.

Step 04

Close & after

We get you to the table. Then we stay in touch - referrals, market updates, the occasional recommendation.

What we don't do

Commercial real estate

Office, retail, industrial. We work with two brokers we trust for anything over 5,000 sqft.

New construction sales

Project marketing and condo pre-sales. Different skill set - we'll point you to it.

Buildings over 20 units

Multi-family management and sales above 20 units. Different licensing, different system.

Outside the Westside

We work Santa Monica east to Silver Lake, and a few spots beyond. Outside that, we have partners.
