Our story

Maya started the firm in 2014 at a folding table in a coffee shop on Main Street in Santa Monica. There were about thirty homeowners on the original list and most of them came from personal referrals.

Eleven years later we're still that size. We never merged, never franchised, never opened a second office. We added agents slowly, and only when we knew they'd represent a client the way we would.

The work is unglamorous and relationship-driven. About 40% of our business comes from past clients and their referrals, which we think is the only metric that actually matters.

Two agents, a folding table

2019

Crossed $100M annual

First year closing more than $100M in transaction volume. Hired Priya to focus on buyer representation.

2021

Expanded to current office

Moved into the 2410 Main Street office we still work out of. Brought on Daniel for listings.

2025

Six agents, $184M closed

Now six of us, working the same neighborhoods we've always worked. Closed $184M in 2025 with an average 27 days on market.
